Venice FL Hometown Christmas
The Mayor’s Hometown Christmas kick’s off the Christmas season in Downtown Venice with a host of festivities. Come soak in the fun and holiday joy with local choirs, Christmas carols, Santa, yummy treats, a tree lighting, shopping and more.

Venice Christmas Parade 2023
The 47th annual Venice Christmas Parade, aka The Venice Holiday Parade, is scheduled for Nov 25, 2023. The popular holiday tradition draws hundreds of participants representing myriad local companies and organizations with floats, cars, marching bands, groups, and more.
The parade runs east down the south side of W. Venice Ave from the corner of Park Boulevard. It crosses over to the north side of W. Venice at Harbor Drive, continuing down to Nokomis Avenue. From here, the parade turns left to head south down Nokomis Ave to Turin Street.
Pre-parade entertainment begins at 5:30pm. The Venice Holiday Parade officially begins at 6:30pm.
Thousands line the parade route, arriving early to secure their spot to enjoy the parade. Drinks, snacks, and other goodies will be offered for sale along the parade route.

2023 Venice FL Holiday Events
The 35th Annual Venice Christmas Boat Parade – Dec 2, 6pm
The parade starts in the Intracoastal Waterway just north of the Albee Road bridge and out to the channel marker in the jetties, weather permitting. There are public viewing areas on the Gulf side of the waterway and restaurants opposite, and on both sides of the jetties. Get there early for that special spot!
Movies in Park: The Muppets Christmas Carol – Dec 6, 6pm-8pm

Christmas Walk – Dec 7, 5-8pm
